COVID19 POLICY
Updated policies to keep everyone safe:
Masks are optional.
We are limiting the number of clients we see daily. Please book in advance as appointments are limited.
No visitors or children allowed with you at your appointment.
Please wash hands BEFORE & AFTER each appointment.
If you have been in contact with someone who is ill, are ill or have been out of the country with in the past 2 weeks please wait 14-21 days before coming in for an appointment.
Please wait in your car until it is time for your appointment. We need to maintain space between each client so we have enough time to disinfect between each client and keep everyone safe.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Concord, North Carolina, just a few minutes from Concord Mills Mall. Check confirmation email for the street address.
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
ALL clients are required to BOOK ONLINE at www.internalappeal.com/sihair.
WHAT IF I DON’T SEE ANY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE?

WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?
Natural Hair Care is our specialty, and we are just as versatile as natural hair itself. We offer braids, twists, starter locs, loc maintenance, haircuts, hair color, treatments, and more.
After viewing our services, if you have questions about a specific style, please send inspiration pictures to the salon via text (980) 290-3505 or email sahariman@internalappeal.com. In most cases we can recreate styles very closely to the what the client has in mind; however, in some cases it may be necessary to make adjustments and get creative in a way to best serve you.

All of our services are centered around hair health. No style is worth compromising the integrity of your hair. We will make expert recommendations and suggests what is best for you in maintaining your #naturalhairgoals.
IS SHAMPOO SERVICE INCLUDED?
Shampooing is always included when booking a full-service option in our salon. See details under desired service for more information.
IS HAIR INCLUDED?
We will provide hair for most styles that require extensions. See service menu to specify which services include hair.
**FOR BOOKED SERVICES THAT INCLUDE HAIR, send picture(s) of desired style AND hair color (1b, 2, 4, 8, 27, 30, 33, 350, burgundy) to the salon via text (980) 290-3505 or email sahariman@internalappeal.comsahariman@internalappeal.com.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Estimated service duration is reflected on our service menu when you BOOK ONLINE. Please allow for extra time in the event that services take longer than estimated.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Please visit the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation message to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If changes to appointment are being requested less than 48 hours prior to appointment, contact the salon directly (text preferred) at (980) 290-3505; a cancellation fee will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Giving proper notice allows us to fill the appointment. Failure to reschedule or cancel before 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee, 100% of the full service fee charged at the time of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. No credits will be provided.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS: Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment start time is considered a “NO SHOW”. Client will be charged 100% of the full service fee at the time of the appointment and less likely to be considered for future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. No credits will be provided.
LATE ARRIVALS: Please text the salon directly (text preferred) at (980) 290-3505 if you are running late. We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes past your appointment start time. Failure to arrive within the 15 minutes of the appointment start time is considered a “NO SHOW”, and client will be charged 100% of the full service fee at the time of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. No credits will be provided.
